CHRISTIE WHELAN-BROWNE & ROHAN BROWNE

Christie Whelan-Browne and Rohan Browne

Helping to promote this year’s KAB Week campaign is Australian musical theatre glamour couple (with incredible talent to boot!) is Christie Whelan-Browne and Rohan Browne, currently starring in one of the great musical romances, SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN.

Rohan Browne stars as the matinee idol Don Lockwood and Christie Whelan-Browne is Lockwood’s leading lady, Lina Lamont. A super star of the silent movies, Lina Lamont’s less-than-dulcet vocal tones make her an unlikely candidate for stardom in the new talking pictures.

Browne and Whelan, who met through industry friends and married in early 2012, have previously performed together in The Drowsy Chaperone and Anything Goes and have an impressive list of credits to their names that are far too long to mention here!
