As Chair of Keep Australia Beautiful Victoria, Kirsty combines her commitment to the environment with her expertise and experience. Kirsty has a strong history in communication and engagement with stakeholders in industry, government and the community over branding, planning, the environment, resource recovery, and general issues management, backed by a degree, and graduate diploma in marketing communication.
She has held communication, marketing and management roles at Foster’s, Mobil, Australian Unity, the Beverage Industry Environment Council and Yarra City Council. Dealing with communities outside work, she has been President of a Residents Association, is President of a Friends group, and worked with a residents group over a decade to have government recognise the environmental qualities of an area, and build protection for that area into the formal planning scheme.
As well as her position on the Board of Keep Australia Beautiful National Association, Kirsty is also a Board member at Keep Australia Beautiful Victoria Inc.
