Clarendon Vale Primary School Recognised by [Local Media] for Inspiring Mural & Environmental Message

Clarendon Vale Primary School has captured media attention after being featured by Channel 7, celebrating their participation in Keep Australia Beautifulโ€™s Paint Australia Beautiful 2025 competition.

The schoolโ€™s mural, created by Grades 5 and 6 students, highlights Tasmaniaโ€™s biodiversity and the strong community values that define Clarendon Vale. Inspired by the schoolโ€™s thriving garden and nearby Kunanyi / Mt Wellington, the artwork features local wildlife, plants and a tree made of student hand-prints, a symbol of connection and environmental care.

This recognition from Channel 7 showcases how the school uses art to teach sustainability, teamwork and pride in community.
