Williams Primary School has been recognised in the Narrogin Observer for their inspiring entry in Keep Australia Beautifulโ€™s Paint Australia Beautiful 2025 Schools Mural Competition.

Representing Western Australia as a state finalist, the schoolโ€™s mural, titled Our Beautiful Country, celebrates the beauty of the Wheatbelt region and the communityโ€™s deep connection to the land. Created collaboratively by students across all year levels, the artwork brings together themes of sustainability, biodiversity, and cultural pride, reflecting the schoolโ€™s strong focus on environmental awareness and community spirit.

The mural not only adds vibrant colour to the school grounds but also serves as a lasting reminder of the importance of caring for Country โ€” starting right in their own backyard.
